Valves

We offer a wide range of industrial valves engineered for precision, durability, and performance in demanding applications. Our range includes Ball Valves, Globe Valves, Butterfly Valves, Non-Return Valves, and more, available in various designs, sizes, pressure ratings, and end connections to suit diverse industry needs. Manufactured using high-grade materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, and High Nickel Alloys like Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and Titanium, these valves conform to international standards including API, ASME, BS, and DIN. Designed for optimum flow control, leak-tight sealing, and long service life, our valves are widely used in oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, and other critical sectors.

Types of Valves

Forged Ball Valve

Forged Ball Valves are compact, durable, and engineered for high-pressure applications where precise flow control and zero leakage are critical. These valves come in 1 PC, 2 PC, and 3 PC designs with options for screwed, socket weld, and flanged end connections. Manufactured using high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel (304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 904L) and High Nickel Alloys including Monel, Nickel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Bronze, Brass, and Titanium, they offer excellent performance in aggressive and corrosive environments. Available in sizes ranging from 15mm to 250mm and pressure ratings from 150# to 1500#, these valves are ideal for use in oil & gas, chemical, and industrial piping systems.

Non Return / Screwed Valve

Non Return Valves, also known as check valves, are designed to allow the flow of fluid in one direction only, preventing backflow in the system. These valves operate automatically and are ideal for applications where flow needs to be maintained in a single direction without manual intervention. Made from forged stainless steel (304, 304L, 316, 316L) and high nickel alloys like Monel, Nickel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Bronze, Brass, and Titanium, they offer superior corrosion resistance and reliability. Compliant with BS 6755, BS 1868, ASME B16.34, and API 6D, these valves are available in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 100 mm and pressure ratings of 150# to 1500#, making them ideal for pipelines, chemical plants, and process industries.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly Valves are quarter-turn rotational motion valves used for regulating flow. These valves feature a disc mounted on a rotating shaft and can be quickly opened or closed by turning the handle 90 degrees. Commonly used in large pipe diameters, they are ideal for flow isolation and regulation. Manufactured from Stainless Steel and Cast Iron, Butterfly Valves are available in Wafer Type and Flanged End Type designs with Lug Type configurations. They come with lever or manual gear operation and can be customized with Sure Seal or Replaceable Rubber Linings for tight shutoff and corrosion protection. These valves conform to standards like API 609, BS 5155, IS 13095, and AWWA C504, and are widely used in water treatment, HVAC, chemical, and industrial piping systems.

Globe Valve

Globe Valves are linear motion valves used to start, stop, and regulate fluid flow in pipelines. They feature a spherical body and a movable plug or disc that can be lowered onto the seat to throttle flow effectively. Manufactured from high-quality materials like Stainless Steel, Forged/ Cast Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel, these valves are suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Available in bar stock, forged, and cast designs, they offer superior durability and tight sealing. These valves are widely used in power plants, petrochemical processing, oil & gas, and marine systems. They comply with global standards including BS 5352, BS 6755, BS 1813, ASME B13.4, and DIN 3356, and are available in a broad range of pressure ratings and sizes to suit diverse industrial needs.
